Welcome to Amaryllis Counseling! We believe therapy is your personal journey to grow through life's challenges and our role is to walk beside you in this process. We believe people need to feel connected, celebrated, nurtured, and empowered to reach their full potential and it is our honor to hold this space for you. We seek to celebrate your uniqueness and beauty by helping you develop personal freedom through self-discovery in a safe and supportive environment.
First of all, we love that you are considering our practice for therapy and want to make sure you have the easiest experience getting started. Finding the right therapist to meet your needs can be challenging. We’ve been in business since 2019 and serve all of South Carolina.
We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing a warm accepting environment that allows our clients a place of peace to work in collaboration alongside us to grow through challenging life experiences. We believe our clients are the experts of their lives and hold within them the answers to their questions and guide for their path. We assist our clients in reaching and exploring into themselves to define who they are and what they need to do.
We exist to serve the LGBTQ+ community. There are lots of folks out there passionate about this community but we focus on this population because we are entirely too aware of our geographical location and the needs of the people. Our mission is to create a safe space for the Queer Community for any goal they have. Oh and you don't have to be LGBTQ+ to come see us

Our Mission
We are committed to serving the LGBTQ+ population in the Upstate of South Carolina to ensure affirming and competent therapy. We strive to break the stigma of mental health. We empower clients to seek and take an active role in their healing. We envision a world where the LGBTQ+ population are healthy, happy and accepted as they are.
